TEXAS – AUGUST 20, 2018 – Uforia Music Series took over Texas this weekend with two back-to-back concerts in the Lone Star State. The highly anticipated return of Uforia’s “Latino Mix Live!” brought fans the hottest artists and songs of the summer. The celebration started Friday, August 17 at the Dos Equis Pavilion in Dallas and continued Saturday, August 18 at the Toyota Center in Houston.
Dallas’ “Latino Mix Live!” made history as the largest paid Latin event at the venue, trending on social media throughout the show. Global superstar Maluma delighted the audience in Dallas with a shirtless performance of “Corazon.” In Houston, the packed arena was reminded why the popular rhythmic singer-songwriter Prince Royce is everyone’s favorite heartthrob, bringing a lucky fan to the stage while performing his classic “Incondicional.” The stacked lineup for the concerts included worldwide reggaetón stars Nicky Jam and Wisin; Puerto Rican music duo Zion & Lennox; Latino super-group CNCO; pop trio sensation Reik; Colombian group Piso 21; Dominican songstress Natti Natasha and rising world music vocalist Manuel Turizo.
The Uforia Music Series leverages Univision’s award-winning multiplatform audio and radio portfolio to offer audiences events that feature the hottest entertainers performing today.
